We envision Fauquier county as a place where no one goes hungry and anyone in need has a place to turn. FISH provides a range of services to county residents. These programs include food pantry distribution, Book Bag School Supply drive, Weekend Power Pack meals for Fauquier County school children, Senior Meals, a Farmers Market Program, and holiday food baskets.

Food Pantry
A community resource to distribute Delicious, Affordable, Simple, and Healthy meals (DASH meals) with a focus on nutrition to economically poor Fauquier County residents.
Weekend Power Pack
A collaboration with Fauquier County Public schools to ensure at-risk children have access to nutritious food during weekends, school holidays, and snow days.
Book Bag & School Supplies
A collaboration with the community to provide hundreds of children with new book bags and supplies each August.
Senior Supplemental Nutrition Program
A collaboration with Department of Social Services to ensure that home-bound senior citizens have small, easy to prepare meals with a focus on dietary restrictions.
Farm Bucks
A collaboration with local vendors and the Warrenton Farmers Market to support our local farmers and producers while ensuring equitable access to our county’s markets.
